Adana Günaydın Gazetesi – Erdem Genç

Genç: Dreams have no limits

What does a 20-year-old do for a living? They're either a student or working for someone else. But he chose a different path — becoming the boss.

Contrary to what you might think, he has no inherited fortune — he built his success through his own hard work, and today owns three companies.

He earns money by having fun, having turned his social life into his work.

We had an enjoyable interview with Turkey's youngest boss, Erdem Genç. Here it is — a conversation about M3 Works, stories of success and failure, and the advantages of being a young boss…

First, let's get to know you a little…

I graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University. I'm doing my master's at Özyeğin University. Along the way, I also earned a diploma in public relations and business administration through Anadolu University Open Education. I have my corporate events company M3 Works, our publishing house Park Kitap, and our chain of cafés. I have three books, chief among them Boss at 20.

What does it feel like to own three companies and three books at such a young age?

Good, thank God.

How do the people around you react?
