General Coordinator Erdem Genç talks about the details of the services they provide as one of our country's leading activity agencies, and the difference they make.

First of all, could you tell us briefly about M3 Works and the differences you offer as a company?

M3 Works is the company that entertains Turkey's business world the most. To date, we've staged more than 1,000 events at over 300 companies, helping boost the motivation of hundreds of thousands of professionals. On this journey since 2005, with more than 50 different workshops, we are one of our country's leading activity agencies.

Many corporate companies abroad are aware of the need for team-building training to develop their teams, and they take part in this kind of training. Our aim is to help all companies in Turkey, including SMEs, recognize the importance of this kind of work, and to help them maximize efficiency in Human Resources by benefiting from the experiential learning exercises in our training programs…

What kind of feedback do you get on your work?

Our feedback is fantastic. Think of it this way: business professionals work at a constantly hectic pace, and frankly most of them have little or no time to devote to their hobbies or personal interests. We give them small breaks during their work lives without pulling them away from work entirely — on the contrary, by showing the common ground between art and the business world, we create added value and the chance to spend quality time together. Naturally, the returns on this are significant. We believe in what we do and get such positive feedback that, whenever companies give us permission, we publish photos and videos of all our projects, along with descriptions, on our website.

In which areas, and what kind of services do you offer?

We offer companies corporate activities, social clubs, and all the necessary support related to them. Our activity areas can be grouped as "music workshops," "visual workshops," "outdoor activities," and "unconventional workshops." Of course, within these activities there are dozens of workshops, ranging from mosaic-tile painting to T-shirt workshops, from treasure hunts to agent-training courses.
