Young People Come Together at Turkey's Most Fun Entrepreneurship Festival, StarsUp'19

StarsUp'19, organized in partnership by Yıldız Technopark and Yıldız Technical University's Quality and Productivity Club, took place on 2–3 May.

Students showed intense interest in the event, held under the motto "Turkey's most fun entrepreneurship festival." Turkey's most fun entrepreneurship festival, StarsUp'19, took place on 2–3 May at Yıldız Technical University's Davutpaşa Campus, Ortabahçe.

With its distinctive concept combining career opportunities with fun, the event brought together dozens of startups and entrepreneurially minded students. The experienced entrepreneurs who took the stage at StarsUp'19 shared their experiences with young people.

Over two days, with more than 20 speakers, StarsUp'19 brought together many prominent business figures with young people, including Hepsiburada Sales Director Ziya Kızıltan, M3 Works founder Erdem Genç, and Colendi COO Mihriban Ersin. Kicking off with a morning workout session, the event featured discussions on success stories, entrepreneurship and e-commerce.

With companies from many different sectors — insurance, education, gaming, beverages, food and more — sponsoring and setting up booths at the event, students had the chance both to get to know these companies and to exchange ideas.

As they prepare to climb the career ladder while still wanting to have fun, university students got to experience the festival atmosphere they long for in a huge garden setting at StarsUp'19, where young people both enjoyed themselves and expanded their networks.
