'Entrepreneurship and Innovation Summit' Completed at SAÜ

The "Entrepreneurship and Innovation Summit," organized by Sakarya University's Human Resources and Career Community, has come to an end.

M3 Works founder Erdem Genç, Al Baraka Business Excellence Innovation Deputy Manager Kübra Odabaş Taşlı, Zeplin Car General Manager Hakan Sevim, and Sakarya TEKNOKENT Entrepreneurship and Innovation Unit Coordinator Gökhan Yüce took part as speakers at the two-day "Entrepreneurship and Innovation Summit," held at Sakarya University's Faculty of Law, Sabahattin Zaim Conference Hall. M3 Works founder Erdem Genç advised, "Life presents you with opportunities as it flows by. Reaching out and taking them is up to you. Have an area of expertise, and expand only within that area." Advising students not to hesitate to act on a good idea once they find one, Genç said, "You constantly have to come up with new, good ideas anyway. You must use your ideas before their time runs out." Al Baraka Business Excellence Innovation Deputy Manager Kübra Odabaş Taşlı emphasized that once you step into professional life, a diploma matters far less, and investments made for the future become far more important. Touching on the importance of learning foreign languages in her remarks, Taşlı said, "Truly care about your work. Don't see it merely as a source of income. That will change your outlook on life. You should think globally at every moment of your life, not locally." Zeplin Car General Manager Hakan Sevim, in his remarks, also advised students to learn foreign languages, saying that spending time abroad specifically for language learning would be especially beneficial for them.

Sakarya TEKNOKENT Entrepreneurship and Innovation Unit Coordinator Gökhan Yüce, for his part, gave students information about ADAPTTO in his presentation. Focusing on how to come up with new ideas around entrepreneurship, Yüce shared with the students what to pay attention to when entering the field of entrepreneurship. – SAKARYA
