The Turk named Europe's 'Change Maker'

The European branch of the Junior Chamber International (JCI) — the Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs Association — has declared Erdem Genç a 'Change Maker' from among its thousands of members.

JCI (Junior Chamber International) — said to have more than 200,000 members in over 100 countries worldwide, to be a United Nations solution partner, and to have a history of more than 100 years — had its European branch declare Erdem Genç a 'Change Maker' from among its thousands of members.

Erdem Genç, who provides team-building and motivation training to companies and also carries out social responsibility work at M3 Works, has significant projects to his name. Among his projects with major corporations, one of the most popular workshops was said to be the Wheelchair Factory. It was noted that Erdem Genç has company employees assemble wheelchair parts sourced from the factory and then donates them to the Turkish Spinal Cord Paralytics Association for delivery to people with disabilities awaiting them.

From workshops that give bicycles to children in need to toy factories, and from shelters built for people living on the streets to school-bag drives, Erdem Genç, who has carried out many social responsibility workshops together with employees of major companies, said, "Dreams have no limits."

It was noted that the young businessman, said to have previously been named Turkey's Most Outstanding Young Person by the same organization's Turkish National Chapter, had also been named 'Entrepreneur of the Year' by various institutions in Turkey.
