Merhaba Haber – Erdem Genç

The Turk Named Europe's "Change Maker"

The European branch of the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs Association named Erdem Genç a "Change Maker" from among its thousands of members.

JCI (Junior Chamber International), Europe — an organization noted to have more than 200,000 members in over 100 countries worldwide, to be a solution partner of the United Nations, and to have a history spanning more than 100 years — named Erdem Genç a "Change Maker" from among its thousands of members.

Erdem Genç, who provides companies with teamwork and motivation training and also carries out social responsibility work at M3 Works, has a number of notable projects to his name. One of the most popular workshops among his projects with major companies is said to be the Wheelchair Factory. It has been recorded that Erdem Genç, who has company employees assemble wheelchair parts sourced from the factory, donates the finished wheelchairs to the Turkish Spinal Cord Paralytics Association so they can be delivered to people with disabilities who are waiting for them.

Erdem Genç, who has run numerous corporate social-responsibility workshops with employees of major companies — from workshops giving bicycles to children in need, to toy factories, to shelters built for people living on the street, to school bags — said, “Dreams have no limits.”

It was noted that the young businessman, previously named Turkey's Most Outstanding Young Person by the organization's Turkish National Structure, has also been named “Entrepreneur of the Year” by various institutions in Turkey.
