Motivasyon launched on 1 February

Erdem Genç, one of the business world's most popular figures thanks to the motivational training he has given to private companies for nearly 15 years, released his first album, 'Motivasyon,' on 1 February. Genç, who has been involved in music since his high school years, both sings lead vocals and plays percussion on the album. The seven-track rock album is said to be a first in Turkey for its use of electronic elements. Besides the title track 'Motivasyon,' the album's other songs are titled: 'Engel Olma,' 'Bedeni Mahvet,' 'Benim İçin Sen Ağlama,' 'Sandığın Aşk,' and 'Kim Ne Derse Desin.'

In addition, the young artist, whose first music video was for the title track 'Motivasyon,' also included an English-language version of the song, titled 'Motivation,' on the album.

According to the statement, Erdem Genç, a TOSFED-licensed racing driver competing in the Silver Cup league at İstanbulpark, brought together his passions for music and motorsport in this video. While the performance scenes for the 'Motivasyon' video were shot at the Beykoz Kundura Fabrikası (Beykoz Shoe Factory), the racing scenes, filmed with two powerful sports cars, were shot on the third bridge road with the support of an unmanned drone. In the video, Erdem confronts Teoman, an evil boss who torments his employees, and they settle their score with a car race. The race, set off by the wronged girl, ends with a surprise twist.
