Erdem Genç, who heads M3 Works — the company that entertains Turkey's business world more than any other — is also active in literature, music, and photography, beyond his business-world and civil-society-organization memberships.

He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University, Public Relations at Anadolu University, and Business Administration at Anadolu University. A scholarship student in the Entrepreneurship master's program at Özyeğin University, Erdem Genç took part in a Marketing Management certificate program in the Events and Entertainment Industry organized jointly by Boğaziçi University SEM and Boogy Event, and completed Professional Coaching training accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

He is the founder of M3 Works Corporate Organization, which organizes team-building and motivation workshops for companies, and Park Kitap Publishing Services. Genç, who also pursues interests such as literature, music, and photography, has written four books: "Boss at 20," "Debut," "Cuban Rhythm," and "Entrepreneur at 10." Born in Istanbul, he takes pride in his Çanakkale roots on his father's side and his İzmir roots on his mother's side.

He received the Best Event Supplier award on behalf of M3 Works at the World Tourism Forum three years in a row, in 2015, 2016, and 2017.

In the 2015–2016 period, he was awarded the title of Turkey's Most Outstanding Young Person in the Business and Entrepreneurship category at the TOYP (Ten Outstanding Young Person) program organized by the Junior Chamber International (JCI), which has branches in more than 100 countries.

This year, he was honored with the Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the Turkey Youth Summit.
