The European Branch Of The Junior Chamber International (JCI) Has Named Erdem Genç A ‘Change Maker’ From Among Its Thousands Of Members.

The European branch of the Junior Chamber International (JCI) has named Erdem Genç a ‘Change Maker’ from among its thousands of members.

JCI (Junior Chamber International), which has more than 200,000 members in over 100 countries worldwide, is a United Nations solution partner, and has a history of more than 100 years, named Erdem Genç a ‘Change Maker’ from among its thousands of members through its European branch.

Erdem Genç, who gives teamwork and motivation training to companies and also carries out social-responsibility work through M3 Works, has a number of notable projects to his name. One of the most popular workshops among the projects he has run with major companies is said to be the Wheelchair Factory. It was noted that Erdem Genç has company employees assemble wheelchair parts sourced from the factory, then donates the finished wheelchairs to the Turkish Spinal Cord Paralytics Association for delivery to people with disabilities awaiting them.

Erdem Genç, who has run numerous corporate social-responsibility workshops with employees of major companies — from workshops giving bicycles to children in need, to toy factories, to shelters built for people living on the street, to school bags — said, “Dreams have no limits.”

It was noted that the young businessman, previously named Turkey's Most Outstanding Young Person by the organization's Turkish National Structure, has also been named ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ by various institutions in Turkey.
